Support is available during working hours from 8 am to 4 pm. Outside of working hours, we strive to respond as quickly as possible.

With Virkplan's solution, you get a complete ready-made solution where our support can assist the user all the way. We don't pass support around, but take responsibility for providing the help needed.

All support cases are handled in our ticket system, where you as a user can track the progress.

Support covers all questions and assistance in using the solution. If there are minor corrections desired, we will address them.

If there are issues that support cannot handle, we ensure that the appropriate consultants are assigned to the case.

There are no additional charges for support unless agreed upon in advance.
